Cat aunty, if you're referring to the tortilla, what you see in the pic is just the base only! I've yet to top up with the protein, more cheese, mayo, etc.
Later, I would snack on yet more food like leftover CNY hae bi hiam, banana, etc. - not little mah. I can't eat too little for dinner, for I can't sleep with a hungry stomach!
Yes, those are cherry tomatoes. For unknown reason, I find the orange ones are much sweeter and less tart than the red ones...lovely to eat raw with salads.
The red cherry ones can be sourish at times. Difficult to find the fresh large chillies here. Mostly are the smaller firehot Thai chillies. The large ones are usually the green type like Jalanpenos.

Fresh red chillies aren't common in Vancouver?

Once you become a fan of the small, fire-hot chili padi, the large red chillies will hold no appeal at all, coz they are machiam tasteless. :)
Are jalapenos hot, or not? We can get some fresh ones here, but I haven't tried...dunno how to use them.
Jalapenos varies from mild to hot but not as hot as the Thai's mini red chillies.Mostly it is added to the fillings of tortillas, tacos etc.
