Bottled rojak sauce found

...and it's not an April Fool's joke!

It was easy to find the rojak sauce/paste - saw it at "aunty lucy" supermart selling at around $2.40.

"Moonstar" brand...I didn't see the non-spicy version on the shelf...maybe out of stock.

Ooh, made in Sg...not M'sia.

Ingredients list & the serving suggestion...don't forget to add lime juice, or even better - grated ginger flower (if you can find it in CN) !

So even if you're away from Sg EJ, you can concoct your own DIY rojak!

Oh there you got it, Aunty P!

Will save the pic and put on my wanted list.
Will be on the lookout for it too when dropping at Asian supermart.

Hmmm..making rojak at home. Will hubby be scare off by the pungentness, hehe.

Thanks, Aunty P!

EJ, tell your hubby rojak is just a salad, Sg style!

Nowadays, there are lots of ready-made sauces for working/busy folks to cook their instant meals at home. Just add the packet or bottled sauces to the fresh ingredients and viola, you can have anything, be it mee siam , mee rebus, prawn mee, etc. I wonder if you can get these packet sauces over there?

As long as not durians, hubby should not be making any fuss.

Got to expand my Asian food/sauces search, like some stores in Chinatown.
