Er, no...I didn't do the baking. I haven't much experience in baking to be able to produce something decent and my mini oven is too small to produce good baking results.
However, we've been the lucky recipients of some yummy baked goods, courtesy of the "Spuddies", i.e. Spud's mom, who likes to bake and try out new recipes. *grin*
Cookies (early Feb)
Focaccia bread with sun-dried tomatoes, focaccia with cheese & banana cake (early Feb)
Wholemeal bun and very soft bread (late-Mar)
Closed-up of w/m bun - nice chewy texture but I found it too salty
And this had really good texture - walnut bread; even Spud's mom said it was perfect (a week after getting the soft bread).
Lucky us....don't you just love having neighbours like them?
:-)
