Meiji collagen

If I remember correctly, cat aunty once asked me if this thing works. I think I said it depends on whether it was a good or bad day for me. :P

That was then. After having consumed it for > 6 months+, now I can say : perhaps it does work... kind of. I think.

I stir it into my morning coffee, which is slightly sweetened by it. It contains some shark materials... cartilage or something, so it won't be suitable for vegetarians.

i bought one can 2 years ago. i dont think it worked on me, my skin was still bad. perhaps it enhances for people who already have relatively good skin, but not for people with problem skin (open and clogged pores) like me.

Collagen (together with keratin) is supposed to support skin strength and elasticity, without which, skin degrades to wrinkles (according to Wiki).

So, if you're too young to have wrinkles to begin with, then I guess it may not work. :)

Mrs kxbc has been taking a collagen drink from GNC for a month or so. She says it is working. I can't feel the difference.

I am wondering if the Meiji collagen powder could contain melamine. What do you think?

I think you should not eat or drink anything which you think contain things you don't like.
