However, we've been the lucky recipients of some yummy baked goods, courtesy of the "Spuddies", i.e. Spud's mom, who likes to bake and try out new recipes. *grin*
Cookies (early Feb)

Focaccia bread with sun-dried tomatoes, focaccia with cheese & banana cake (early Feb)

Wholemeal bun and very soft bread (late-Mar)

Closed-up of w/m bun - nice chewy texture but I found it too salty

And this had really good texture - walnut bread; even Spud's mom said it was perfect (a week after getting the soft bread).

Lucky us....don't you just love having neighbours like them?
