Thai food, Thai food, I luv you!

Since our plans to visit Tibet, and then Hokkaido didn't materialise due to poor timing, etc., we've decided, on a last minute whim, to visit Nakhon Ratchasima (aka Khorat or Korat) in NE Thailand next week. It will be a free & easy trip with the whole itinery planned by moi~!

I am so looking forward to eating all the authentically-yummy Thai food with all the fragrant herbs and spices!
