This is definitely for special occasions, but it's not difficult to make, actually. Even my first attempt was quite well-received. I used Violet Onn's receipe which I'd found on the internet!

The smaller portion on the right was a meatless version for vegetarians, with dried mushroom added (nice, but stronger flavour) .

Just tahan for 1 month lah. When you see the weight loss and the slimmer you, you'll be thinking the sacrifice is all worth it! After that just maintain will do.

My SO always say he can cook also, but whether his cooking is "jiak-able" or not is another matter. Haha... So what's your specialty? :)
Simple Chinese dishes sure can. But my repetoire is not wide. Just mainly home cook food our mothers cook.
And of course edible and good. But seldom cook now because no time. Hahaha......
